As our MEP Design Manager, you’ll lead the design and coordination of complex mechanical, electrical, and public health systems, ensuring seamless integration across every project. You’ll be the technical authority, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver designs that meet the highest standards.
- Lead MEP design from concept to completion, owning all technical decisions.
- Review and approve consultant/contractor designs to ensure compliance with UK regulations and sustainability standards.
- Coordinate MEP solutions with multidisciplinary teams for fully integrated designs.
- Manage design risks, changes, and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
