Mechanical Design Engineer (x2) – Cambridge

We are looking for two Mechanical Design Engineers to join our team in Cambridge, working on high–profile manufacturing projects. This is a great opportunity to apply your design expertise in composites or CATIA, with clear progression and development opportunities.

The Role

• Design new and existing composite/mechanical products using CATIA v5 or other CAD.
• Support project delivery from concept through to completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues to solve engineering challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and share expertise with the wider team.

About You

• 3–5+ years' design engineering experience.
• Proficient in CATIA v5 or composites design (must have one).
• Mechanical engineering background.
• Strong problem–solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Hours & Package

• 37 hours per week
  • Mon–Thu: 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Fri: 8:00am – 1:00pm
  • Flexi–time available
• Salary: GBP35,000 – GBP45,000 (depending on experience).
