Located in the very heart of Windsor, directly overlooking the majestic Windsor Castle, The Royal Windsor is no ordinary pub—it’s a true crown jewel in our Heritage collection. With a steady stream of tourists drawn by royal heritage and a loyal local following, this site demands a General Manager who can reign supreme over one of the most prestigious pubs in our estate.

In a town steeped in royal history and expectation, standards must be nothing short of regal. Windsor is both affluent and competitive—lined with boutique businesses and household names—but The Royal Windsor holds a prime position in every sense. To truly shine, it needs a leader with the poise of a diplomat, the eye of a strategist, and the charisma of a monarch.

This single-bar operation has been carefully curated to offer multiple zones for pre-booked gatherings and private hire, perfect for everything from a coronation-style celebration to a quiet, courtly catch-up. Our recent investment in state-of-the-art sports screens positions us as the go-to venue for premium sporting occasions—a modern-day royal box experience, if you will.

But the crown jewel of the site may well be the outdoor space. A newly reimagined garden now plays host to a stylish bar, an open-air BBQ, and a pizza kitchen worthy of a summer banquet.
