Qualifications

Certikin International is looking for a Customer Order Administrator to join our busy Customer Services team. Certikin International is a brand leader that delivers everything that is required to build refurbish & maintain residential and commercial swimming pools and spa / wellness centres. Based in our Head Office in Witney Oxfordshire the successful candidate will be responsible for processing telephone and email orders assisting with customer queries and liaising across various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

The job includes :
  • Responding promptly and professionally to inbound sales and reception calls
  • Accurately processing customer orders received via phone and email
  • Proactively communicating with customers regarding back-ordered items
  • Collaborating with the Technical team to obtain part codes for customer orders
  • Applying appropriate discount structures as directed by Sales staff
  • Transferring technical queries to the relevant advisor for expert assistance
  • Supporting customers with queries related to stock availability and pricing
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve order and delivery issues
  • Performing administrative tasks related to Sales Order Processing
  • Assisting the wider Customer Service team with ad hoc duties as needed
  • Contributing to achieving departmental targets and maintaining high service standards.
What will you bring to the role
  • Previous experience working in a Customer Service role would be desirable but not essential
  • A friendly enthusiastic and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • World-class customer service
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Office with an ability to learn in-house systems
  • Previous experience working with SalesForce and AS400 would be desirable but not essential.
