About the Role

We are looking for a Associate Project Manager to plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. You will lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management. You will ensure project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule, and cost. Additionally, you will monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate project activities, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Support project evaluation, benefits tracking, and closure.
  • Align with established project management practices and tools.
Requirements
  • Experience delivering projects or managing key project workstreams.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrixed teams.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMP) is helpful.
  • Comfortable using tools like MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Exceptional organisational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems effectively.
  • Confident creating clear documentation, reports, and presentations.
