We are currently seeking a Network Engineer to join our Network Practice within one of our Hospitality clients. This is a hybrid position, requiring attendance at the office up to 2 days a week, based in Dunstable.

1. Supporting site migrations from Tuesday to Thursday, mainly remotely
2. Collaborating with the Opticore NOC team to monitor client outlets
3. Participating in support rota for L3 escalations, high-level monitoring, incident response, attending CAB calls
4. Handling escalations and resolving issues and incidents from the NOC or other groups
5. Supporting third-party site migrations remotely, troubleshooting issues with ClearPass, Aruba Central switch templates, Aruba IAP issues
6. Planning changes such as upgrades or complex modifications like traffic reclassification across the SD-WAN fabric
7. Upgrading firewalls to replace Meraki out-of-band solutions
8. Managing third-party access to CPPM via Axais Communications
9. Supporting the rollout of new equipment, assisting third parties with replacing old MPLS equipment and installing Aruba EdgeConnect and Aruba Central
