Zusammenfassung
A leading legal firm in the UK is seeking a Managing Associate or Salaried Partner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent client skills and technical expertise in inheritance tax, succession planning, and other areas for high net worth individuals. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on delivering high-quality legal services without the need for an extensive client following.
Qualifikationen
- Experience from directory rated firms.
- Operating at senior associate or junior partner level.
- Capacity, Court of Protection, and lasting powers of attorney experience would be helpful.
Aufgaben
- Responsible for client management and building relationships with regional referrers.
- Provide high-quality advice to high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and wealthy families.
Kenntnisse
We have been exclusively retained by one of our key clients on a fantastic new position. Due to a long-term team member moving on, there is a requirement for a Managing Associate or Salaried Partner to join this collegiate and down-to-earth team. There is a full workload to take on so a large following will not be required, although excellent client skills are essential as you will be responsible for a network of regional referrers.
The client base is mainly UK based high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and wealthy families, requiring the highest quality advice. Candidates must have excellent technical experience in areas such as:
- Inheritance tax planning
- Succession planning
- Domestic tax planning
- Complex wills and probate
- Capacity, Court of Protection and lasting powers of attorney experience would be helpful but not essential
Candidates will likely have experience from directory rated firms and currently operating at senior level associate or junior partner level, but more established partners are very welcome to apply.
Candidates who are based in the local area would of course be ideal, and this could also be very appealing to London based lawyers who are looking for a position closer to home, or to relocate to leafier environs, without losing out on quality of work.
