This Role: Customer Service Advisor known internally as a "Senior Property Services Advisor"

Permanent Positions based on a 37.5hr week

Salary Range: £28,044 - £29,519 - Dependent upon experience

Location: Beeston, NG9 1LA - Free parking. The office location is a 10 min walk from Beeston Train Station

Responsibilities

• Support customers with property repair queries across various channels, resolving issues efficiently with professionalism and technical expertise.
• Work in a fast-paced, varied environment within the property repairs and maintenance domain, requiring adaptability.
• Coverage across core business hours is essential; be available to work between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift basis in Beeston. After training, there is flexibility to work remotely on a 10am–6pm shift.
