Pro Resources is seeking a Temporary Assistant Building Maintenance Technician. The Assistant supports the maintenance team by performing preventive maintenance, assisting with repairs, and helping with special projects throughout the facility. This role focuses on safe work practices, teamwork, and completing tasks with a sense of urgency. The technician helps maintain equipment, building systems, and grounds while keeping accurate parts inventory and entering work orders into the CMMS system. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work well within a small team, and a willingness to learn and support others. Basic math skills, welding/fabrication abilities, and understanding of LOTO procedures are essential. The technician performs routine tasks with limited supervision and may provide guidance to others as needed.

• Pay: $19 / hour
• 3rd Shift 7 PM-7 AM

• Emphasis on good safe work practices and familiar with safety procedures.
• Solid communication skills the ability to work well with others.
• Good analytical skills set and a sense of urgency when it comes to completing work.
• Preventive maintenance can carry out tasks and responsibilities associated with maintenance of equipment, building and grounds, etc.
• Plan and carry out tasks and responsibilities associated with special projects on existing or new equipment or facilities.
• Accountable for parts inventories relative to own needs and replenishing.
• Miscellaneous duties, projects and responsibilities as assigned.
• Works well within a small team to solve collective problems.
• Proactively reaches out across departments to collaborate.
• Encourages teamwork with all department and/or facility members.
• Communicates well with fellow department and/or facility members.
• Accepts training readily, quickly understands new concepts.
• Performs a task with limited supervision and may require that you provide guidance to fellow employees.
• Demonstrate the ability to work on a team to achieve departmental results.

• High School diploma, or GED equivalent; Prior experience in a Machine repair and maintenance Department, or technically oriented position desired.
• Ability to read and understand LOTO procedures
• Welding/Fabricating.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Use Office software and enter work orders in our CMMS software.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
