Maintenance Engineer

Salary : £44,000 - £46,000

Shift : 2pm - 10pm (Mon-Fri)

Location : Royton, Oldham

We're partnering with a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing company to recruit a Maintenance Engineer with either a mechanical or electrical background. This is a hands‑on, dual‑skilled role involving both mechanical and electrical maintenance across the site. You'll be responsible for a mix of planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance, as well as troubleshooting breakdowns across a variety of systems. Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics is essential, as you'll be working with both on a regular basis.

In addition to day‑to‑day maintenance, you'll also get involved in engineering projects aimed at driving continuous improvement and identifying the root causes of recurring issues.
