An innovative education technology company is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of online education. In this role, you will establish visual design systems, lead creative development for learning experiences, and collaborate with engineers and product managers to enhance user experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a foundational member of the Efekta Design Studio, driving the visual language and interaction model for our core learning platforms across mobile and web. Your expertise will bridge pedagogy, visual craft, and technology to bring learning to life through elegant, emotive, and accessible designs and content.
While we expect all our designers to be T-shaped—having strong foundational skills in UX, UI, and design research—this role requires a deep specialization in visual craft, brand execution, & motion.
