Job description

Our client is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Creative / Junior Designer to join their Creative Services team and support the delivery of high-quality, imaginative creative across events, experiences, campaigns and wider brand communications. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their creative career to develop their skills within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll work closely with senior creatives, event teams and clients, supporting concept development and producing creative assets that help bring ideas to life. You'll be hands‑on, curious and eager to learn, contributing fresh thinking while building strong foundations in creative delivery, brand consistency and storytelling across live experiences, design outputs and film content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support creative development across brand, digital, campaigns, live events and experiences
  • Assist with concept development, mood boards, visual research and creative treatments
  • Design and produce creative assets including presentations, graphics, logos, layouts, visuals and event branding materials
  • Adapt and roll out creative concepts across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency and quality
  • Work closely with the Lead Creative and wider Creative Services team to bring ideas to life
  • Collaborate with event teams and external suppliers to ensure creative intent is delivered accurately
  • Support creative briefings, internal reviews and pitch preparation
Learn & Develop
  • Take feedback positively and apply it to continually improve your work
  • Develop understanding of live events, experiential design, brand storytelling, design systems and creative problem-solving
  • Stay curious about design trends, tools, technologies and visual inspiration
  • Build technical skills across relevant design software and creative platforms
Deliver
  • Produce high-quality design work on time and aligned to the brief
  • Manage multiple tasks across different projects with strong organisation and attention to detailHelp maintain well‑structured files, templates and shared creative assets
Essential
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Creative Design, Visual Communication or a related field, or demonstrable early‑career experience
  • Strong portfolio showing creativity, design fundamentals and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop as a minimum)
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, colour and composition
  • Genuine passion for design and creativity
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Enthusiasm for events, experiences and creative problem‑solving
Desirable
  • Experience (freelance or professional) working on real‑world projects, ideally live events, brand activations, experiential projects or campaigns
  • Basic motion, video or digital design skills
  • Familiarity with presentation design and stakeholder reviews
