The Role
We’re looking for a Floating Creative Strategist to support our creative strategy team across a range of fast-growing D2C brands. Rather than owning accounts end-to-end, you’ll float across clients — helping with ideation, scripting, briefing and performance analysis — while learning how world-class performance creative is built, tested and scaled.
This is a perfect role for someone early in their creative strategy journey who wants to develop deep platform knowledge, sharpen their understanding of what makes ads convert, and grow quickly in a high-performance agency environment.
You’ll work closely with senior strategists, designers, producers, media buyers and account managers to help deliver consistently excellent creative output across Meta and TikTok.
What You’ll Support
- Assist in developing performance creative strategies across Meta and TikTok.
- Help turn creative performance data into insights and testing opportunities.
- Support concepting, scripting and briefing for UGC and paid social assets.
- Write clear creative briefs for creators and internal production teams.
- Contribute to structured creative testing roadmaps across accounts.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure creative output is aligned and delivered smoothly.
- Help monitor trends, hooks, formats and platform updates.
- Support presentation prep for client reporting and creative recommendations.
- Manage multiple supporting tasks across clients with clarity and attention to detail.

Youll Thrive Here If You Have
- 1-2+ years experience in paid social, creative strategy, content or performance marketing (agency experience bonus).
- A genuine interest in Meta/TikTok ads and what drives conversions.
- Strong analytical instincts - you enjoy understanding why creative works.
- Clear written communication and an eye for detail.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn from a high-performing team.
- An interest in buyer psychology, storytelling and performance-driven content.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks across clients and stay organised.
