An employment agency is seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator to support the HR function. You will be responsible for managing onboarding for over 30 candidates, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices, and providing efficient HR administration. Hours : 30 hours per week (ideally across 4 days, with Tuesday as the non‑working day, but flexibility available)
Location : Hybrid working (mix of office and remote)
Pay Rate : £14.22 per hour
As a Temporary HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function. You’ll be responsible for managing onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices, and providing efficient HR administration. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and can hit the ground running.
- Coordinating and managing the onboarding of 30+ candidates at any given time.
- Carrying out safer recruitment checks including DBS and reference verification.
- Supporting HR administration tasks such as contracts, records, and compliance.
- Ensuring smooth communication between candidates, managers, and HR.
