Accounts Assistant – Car Dealer Ledger & Reconciliation
Job summary
A Main Car Dealer in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant. The role involves handling bank reconciliations, inputting purchase ledger invoices, and managing petty cash. Ideal candidates will have AAT Level 2 or equivalent qualifications, and must be efficient and accurate in their data entry. Knowledge of Kerridge or Autoline is a plus. The position offers an OTE of up to £19,000, depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar position is required.
- Ability to efficiently handle bank reconciliations and postings.
- Computer literacy in email and Excel is essential.
Responsibilities
- Complete bank reconciliation.
- Input purchase ledger invoices and maintain sales ledger administration.
- Prepare daily banking and handle petty cash.
