A local government entity is seeking an experienced Advanced/Senior Practitioner for their Corporate Parenting - Adolescents 14-17 Team in Stoke-on-Trent. Qualifications

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking an experienced Advanced/Senior Practitioner to join our Corporate Parenting Adolescents 14-17 Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive, forward-thinking service that is deeply committed to improving outcomes for cared-for children and care leavers.
- 🧭 Lead and oversee the Pathway Planning process, supporting adolescents as they transition into adulthood
- 🤝 Provide high-quality advice, guidance, and practical support to adolescents aged 14-17
- 🌱 Support, mentor, and contribute to the learning and development of other practitioners
- 🏡 Champion corporate parenting principles, ensuring stability, security, and positive life opportunities
- 📈 Take on additional supervisory and/or practice development responsibilities, sharing best practice across the team
