• 🧭 Lead and oversee the Pathway Planning process, supporting adolescents as they transition into adulthood
• 🤝 Provide high-quality advice, guidance, and practical support to adolescents aged 14-17
• 🌱 Support, mentor, and contribute to the learning and development of other practitioners
• 🏡 Champion corporate parenting principles, ensuring stability, security, and positive life opportunities
• 📈 Take on additional supervisory and/or practice development responsibilities, sharing best practice across the team
