The Team
Infrastructure Advisory Group (IAG), part of KPMG Advisory in the UK, consists of over 400 professionals and is recognized as a leading independent adviser in infrastructure, covering strategic, financial, regulatory, and commercial issues across Transport, Power & Utilities, and Social Infrastructure sectors globally. We collaborate with other KPMG functions to advise on mergers, valuations, tax, and due diligence.
Power & Utilities (P&U) is the largest IAG business area, serving major UK utilities and leading energy and water companies across Europe. We provide strategic and technical advice on business planning, regulation, finance, and policy to create value for shareholders and customers. Our work involves policy, finance, economics, and strategy to structure investments, secure financing, and support regulatory regimes, positioning us as market leaders in the utilities sector.
Our P&U division includes Finance, Projects, Strategy, Regulation, Transactions, and Benchmarking, experiencing double-digit growth over the past decade. We seek high-quality candidates to support our expansion and service development.
The Role
You will join the leading provider of regulatory and corporate finance consultancy in the utilities sector, within the Finance practice. As a Director, you will provide senior leadership, work closely with other Directors and Partners, and focus on building our corporate financial management practice, leading debt capital raising transactions, particularly in UK regulated utilities, with opportunities in regulatory finance projects.
