Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is seeking an HR Advisor based in Basingstoke. The role involves providing comprehensive advice and guiding management on all HR matters. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations casework and supporting performance management. The ideal candidate should ideally be CIPD qualified and have extensive experience in ER casework. This role requires office presence two days a week, ensuring effective collaboration within the team.

- Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it.
- Extensive experience in ER casework is mandatory.

- Utilise management information and trend analysis to support performance management.
- Liaise across the People team for effective implementation of priorities.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships for corporate objectives.
- Primary duties include ER casework.

Based in Basingstoke, 2 days a week in the office.
Report into the Employee Relations Specialist to provide a comprehensive, expert service of advice and guidance to all areas of the business in order to enable the capability of Managers in dealing with all people matters.
- Utilise management information and trend analysis to support Sovereign to manage performance more effectively.
- Liaise across the People team to ensure knowledge of all department priorities and initiatives are up to date and support the implementation across the organisation.
- Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies to ensure an integrated contribution to Sovereign's corporate objectives.
- Primary duties will be ER casework – extensive experience in ER casework is mandatory.
- Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards the CIPD qualification.
- Extensive experience in ER casework.
