Overview

A global iGaming business with a multi-million-pound search budget focused on the UK, Spain, Canada and LATAM, with plans to enter many new markets is looking for a Mobile Marketing Manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities of the Mobile Marketing Manager
  • Set up, plan, optimise and report back on performance across mobile campaigns, including but not limited to: App-to-app Display (via Ad Networks), Mobile DSPs, Apple Search Ads, UAC, FB App Campaigns.
  • Working with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Country Managers globally to plan, deliver and execute successful monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans for channels.
  • Closely monitor and deliver mobile performance within the defined KPIs (growth volume, conversion rates, CPA & LTV).
  • Delivering complex strategies for growth, identification of in-app fraud and mitigation of, as well as assisting on other projects such as ASO, creative optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation, and also explaining them to nurture junior members of staff and non-digital stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop, deliver and execute monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans for campaigns.
  • Identify and test new channels outside of our existing marketing mix in order to add scale to the performance plans.
  • Assist on the in-housing of additional markets in (Apply online only) for the relevant channels as per the approved internal in housing migration plan.
  • Develop robust tracking and measurement systems to ensure we understand the performance of our campaigns accurately, working with BI/MA and other stakeholders as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications of the Mobile Marketing Manager
  • Extensive experience in Mobile Marketing within the UK; experience in other markets is highly beneficial.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Proven ability to build and execute creative strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Hands‑on experience across major performance marketing platforms, with a core focus on Mobile Ad Networks, Mobile DSPs, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Expert understanding of digital tracking, measurement, and reporting tools, specifically:
    • AppsFlyer (experience with other MMPs such as Adjust or Singular is beneficial).
    • Mobile Fraud Prevention tools such as TrafficGuard and P360.
    • Analytics platforms such as Firebase and GA4.
  • Experience in digital marketing planning and forecasting.
  • Experience working with multinational organisations, with an understanding of cultural and regulatory differences.
