HR Advisor - Sovereign Network Group (RG21 4FA)

Fox Morris Group are working to recruit a HR Advisor.

Based in Basingstoke, 2 days a week in the office.

Job Purpose

Report into the Employee Relations Specialist to provide a comprehensive, expert service of advice and guidance to all areas of the business in order to enable the capability of Managers in dealing with all people matters.

Responsibilities

• Utilise management information and trend analysis to support Sovereign to manage performance more effectively.
• Liaise across the People team to ensure knowledge of all department priorities and initiatives are up to date and support the implementation across the organisation.
• Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies to ensure an integrated contribution to Sovereign's corporate objectives.
• Primary duties will be ER casework – extensive experience in ER casework is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards the CIPD qualification.
• Extensive experience in ER casework.
