We’re looking for talented Solutions Consultants to join our EU Investors team, working with fund managers to help them manage portfolios, raise capital, and communicate with investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Impart confidence and gain trust of prospects in Carta’s holistic fund administration solutions; accompany the Go‑To‑Market team on calls to understand customer needs and translate them into a solution scope and business impact.
• Lead the technical aspects of sales cycles and partnership conversations, leveraging product and fund accounting knowledge (e.g., waterfall, financial reporting, analytics).
• Interface pre‑sales with prospects and strategic channel partners to scope requirements and build confidence in Carta’s products; conduct technical demos and communicate with finance and legal executives.
• Provide product and technical financial expertise to drive progress toward quarterly revenue goals.
• Influence the Carta product roadmap through in‑depth conversations with prospects.
• Partner with R&D, sales, and delivery leadership to deliver on objectives and provide technical coaching to the Go‑To‑Market team.
• Support the BD team at partner off‑site seminars and events.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 7+ years of experience in accounting or related fields such as corporate finance.
• In‑depth understanding of private‑equity, venture‑capital, or private‑credit fund structures.
• Strong knowledge of back‑office fund operations and fund administration.
• Proven stakeholder‑management or client‑relationship experience with excellent communication skills.
• Interest in software products that solve technical financial problems; ability to discuss operational challenges with prospective customers.

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Experience in a SAAS customer‑facing role.
• Experience in a fund accounting or fund administration role.
• Knowledge of European Alternative Funds regulations.
