A prominent estate agency in East London is looking for a Property Management Accounts Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of property management experience and in-depth knowledge of tenancy legislation. Responsibilities include managing repair requests, processing invoices, and rent collection. The salary offered is between £30,000 - £35,000, and the role is office-based with a five-day work week.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management.
- Proven track record in managing repair requests, invoices, and rent collection.
- Ability to handle deposit disputes and banking procedures.
Responsabilités
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding repair requests.
- Manage and process invoices and rent collection.
- Prepare financial statements and chase current and historic rent arrears.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a vibrant, well known and very respected Estate Agency based in East London.
- Repair requests – liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Processing invoices
- Managing rent collection
- Preparing financial statements
- Chase Current Rent Arrears – Chasing tenants & potential Rental Insurance Claims
- Chase Historic Rent Arrears – Potential Court Money Claims & Liaising with Enforcement services to clear old debt.
- Banking – Putting Rents on the system daily
- Bank Reconciliations
- Rent Guarantee Payment – twice a month only – batch payment.
- Dealing with deposit disputes
- The applicant will need relevant experience in the above.
- The ideal candidate for the role must have a proven track record in property management - min 3 years required
- Have expert knowledge of tenancy related legislation
- It is highly desirable that candidates have intermediate computer literacy and worked within a Property management CRM
- Professional qualifications would be an advantage
- Be able to manage their own workload
The company in return are offering a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience. Nearest Tube: Woodford / South Woodford Central Line - parking available in residential streets 5 mins walk.
5 days a week 8:30am to 5:30pm ( office based + 1 hour for lunch unpaid)
