A prominent estate agency in East London is looking for a Property Management Accounts Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of property management experience and in-depth knowledge of tenancy legislation. Responsibilities include managing repair requests, processing invoices, and rent collection. The salary offered is between £30,000 - £35,000, and the role is office-based with a five-day work week.

Qualifications

  • Ability to handle deposit disputes and banking procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding repair requests.
  • Manage and process invoices and rent collection.
  • Prepare financial statements and chase current and historic rent arrears.

Property Management Accounts Coordinator- Woodford IG8

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a vibrant, well known and very respected Estate Agency based in East London.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Repair requests – liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Processing invoices
  • Managing rent collection
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Chase Current Rent Arrears – Chasing tenants & potential Rental Insurance Claims
  • Chase Historic Rent Arrears – Potential Court Money Claims & Liaising with Enforcement services to clear old debt.
  • Banking – Putting Rents on the system daily
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Rent Guarantee Payment – twice a month only – batch payment.
  • Dealing with deposit disputes
  • The applicant will need relevant experience in the above.
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
  • The ideal candidate for the role must have a proven track record in property management - min 3 years required
  • Have expert knowledge of tenancy related legislation
  • It is highly desirable that candidates have intermediate computer literacy and worked within a Property management CRM
  • Professional qualifications would be an advantage
  • Be able to manage their own workload
Salary range will be:

The company in return are offering a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience. Nearest Tube: Woodford / South Woodford Central Line - parking available in residential streets 5 mins walk.

The hours will be:

5 days a week 8:30am to 5:30pm ( office based + 1 hour for lunch unpaid)
