SuccessFactors HR Project Lead — Contract
Job summary
A leading Oil & Gas Operating Client in Scotland is seeking a Success Factors Project Manager for a 6-month contract role based in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end implementation of Success Factors, ensuring that HR technology is delivered on time and within scope. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, manage project risks, and uphold compliance with company policies. A strong background in HR systems and project management is essential. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with implementation of HR systems, including SuccessFactors.
- Understanding of HR business processes such as recruiting and payroll.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of implementation of Success Factors.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets.
- Monitor and report project progress to Senior IT and HR management.
