A leading legal services provider is seeking talented Corporate Lawyers for secondment and interim contract roles in the UK. Remote work is available with a requirement to be onsite 2–3 days a week in London. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years PQE in corporate law, along with strong experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and high-value transactions. - Ability to draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, SPAs, and ancillary documents.
- Confident advising senior stakeholders and managing complex deals.
- Advise on corporate transactions and governance matters.
- Draft and negotiate transactional documents for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring.
- Support internal teams and law firm partners on strategic projects.
- Ensure smooth execution of deals and provide pragmatic solutions.
