A construction management firm is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager for a residential new-build project in Bracknell. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing mechanical packages on site, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role offers a daily rate of £300 for approximately 8 months, starting ASAP. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential.
