Structural Technician

Location: Buckhurst Hill, Essex

Salary: Up to £32,000 + Benefits

Aztrum is working with a well-established structural engineering consultancy based in Buckhurst Hill, delivering a wide range of projects across the residential and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Structural Technician with a minimum of 2 years' industry experience.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Engineers on varied building structures while developing technical and BIM capability.

Key Responsibilities - Structural Technician

• Produce structural drawings and details for residential and commercial projects
• Work with Engineers to develop coordinated technical solutions
• Prepare drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Assist with technical detailing for steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures
• Ensure drawings comply with design standards and regulations

Requirements - Structural Technician

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a structural engineering environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience beneficial)
• Understanding of structural detailing and construction methods
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
