• You will contribute to risk and opportunity reporting, mitigate risks, and protect project margins.
• You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and assist with monthly client applications and subcontract payments.
• You will collaborate with team members to deliver operational strategies and contribute to the net zero carbon transition by managing associated emissions and reductions.

• You will assist in coordinating specific project areas, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• You will support strategic development for your function or business unit, fostering sustainability and a positive impact for people, clients, and the planet.

• You will support and mentor team members, fostering knowledge sharing and innovation.

• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Experience with commercial reporting, supporting procurement, and understanding of H&S regulations.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (or equivalent).
• Supporting professional memberships (e.g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE).
• Experience in delivering projects within the construction sector, with expertise in construction management and financial acumen.
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and knowledge of sustainability considerations in projects.
