A national charity is looking for passionate Support Workers to make a difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. This role offers the chance to help others with daily living tasks, promote independence, and engage in enjoyable activities. £12.21 per hour plus excellent benefits package

NB : This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK Home Office rules, as it does not meet the required salary or skill level criteria.

At this service we provide 24 hour residential support to 6 individuals living in, with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Each individual we support has a bespoke support plan that is suited to their needs and includes support for, personal care, health and spiritual well being, involvement in choice and decision making regarding every aspect of their life, finances, medication and ensuring regular reviews with GPs and other professionals.
