The successful candidate will manage and grow existing accounts, develop new business, and provide expert advice on life science lab equipment and consumables. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role, ideal for a commercially minded professional with a strong scientific background.

- Manage and grow existing accounts, conducting regular business reviews and identifying opportunities for growth
- Prospect and win new customers, introducing products and solutions to expand the territory
- Provide technical advice on lab equipment and consumables, delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing; maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Analyse account performance, track sales opportunities, and report on progress versus targets
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Support, Operations, and Transport to deliver excellent customer service
- Plan field visits efficiently to maximise face‑to‑face customer engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Science, Microbiology, Molecular or Cellular Biology, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, or a related field
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience in solution‑based selling, account management, or field sales within the life sciences industry
- Strong technical knowledge of laboratory equipment, consumables, and product portfolios
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
