Sales Team Leader - Based Manchester

Working 5 days per week - 3 days during the week and 2 days - Saturday and Sunday

Hours of work 9am to 5pm - Basic salary up to £38,000 OTE c£57,000

As a Sales Team Leader this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Team Leader who may looking to step into a management position or looking for a fresh challenge.

As a Sales Team Leader, you will have a background in working in a B2C contact centre and able to demonstrate your leadership skills.

You will responsible the overall performance of team, whilst also motivating, coaching, and developing the team achieve and exceed their KPI's. whilst collaborating with other Team Leaders to help achieve broader sales objectives.

Duties
  • Take inbound and outbound sales calls, guiding prospective customers through their learning journey and present the company's services to customers and overcome objections to secure sales.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive engagement and retention.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
  • Lead the sales team to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor your team's performance, identifying areas for development and implementing targeted plans to improve outcomes
  • Review your team's personal development and training initiatives.
  • Use creative leadership strategies to inspire and drive team success.
  • Identify and address obstacles that may impact team performance.
  • Analyse sales data and customer interactions to enhance overall effectiveness and inform strategic initiatives.
  • Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote the company's services.
  • Build rapport with prospective customers to enhance the customer experience and increase conversion rates
