Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced commercial lawyer ideally with the following experience:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to internal clients on a wide range of commercial contracts, tech law, data protection, and other legal issues.
- Advise on third-party supplier contracts for goods, services, and products across various stakeholder and internal client types.
- Knowledge of regulatory environment and key regulations affecting such contracts, e.g., GDPR, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, DORA, bank resolution planning requirements.
- Work on key projects for the bank, including technology projects involving Cloud and AI deployments.
- Collaborate with global legal teams to address local law requirements across countries receiving third-party services directly and on an inter-affiliate basis.
The anticipated start date is September 2025. Hybrid working is offered.
The engagement is expected to last 12 months.
