This contractor is delivering some of London s most prestigious interiors projects, with turnover set to grow from GBP12.5m to GBP20m+ in the next two years. The MD is still hands‑on with commercial activity and now needs a proven Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial to step in and elevate the function.
- Lead a small team of surveyors & oversee commercial sign‑offs for 6 7 Project Managers.
- As Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial, you ll take full accountability for valuations, forecasting & profit protection.
- Report directly to the board on performance & risk.
- Stay client‑facing, ensuring projects are delivered commercially sound.
- years Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management experience.
- Background as a Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial in luxury fit‑out or interiors.
- Financially sharp, commercially confident, and strong negotiator.
- Degree in QS or Commercial Management. MRICS/MCIOB desirable.
- GBP90K GBP100K base (up to GBP110K GBP120K for the right Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial).
- Bonus + margin‑linked incentives.
