Job summary
A leading clinical research organization is looking for a Clinical Research / Medical Specialist to evaluate methodologies and analyze complex research data. The role requires strong experience in academic publishing and an advanced degree. Responsibilities include reviewing clinical reports, drafting technical summaries, and collaborating asynchronously with project coordinators. This is a part-time, flexible role with remote work options.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in academic publishing, clinical research, or research analysis.
- Advanced degree such as MPH, PhD, PharmD, MD, or a relevant Master’s degree.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex research data and assess methodological soundness.
- Excellent technical writing and analytical reasoning skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Responsibilities
- Review clinical reports, technical documentation, and grant proposals for clarity.
- Evaluate experimental methodologies and assess outcome claims.
- Analyze and interpret complex biomedical and clinical research data.
- Draft concise, technical summaries of research methods and findings.
- Respond to structured analytical prompts assessing methodological validity.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators to ensure consistency.
