- Conduct in‑depth research into organisations, including size, structure, capabilities, and market positioning.
- Clean, process, and maintain large volumes of lead and account data to ensure CRM accuracy.
- Provide prioritised lead lists, account intelligence, and research insights to support business development activity.
- Source and verify key contact information, including decision‑makers and direct contact details.
- Evaluate product categories, operational needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Monitor market news and global developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Produce clear reports, summaries, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining high‑quality data (desirable).
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets), including data cleaning and analysis.
