An outstanding local authority in England is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead their Looked After Children's Team. This role involves managing a dedicated team of six social workers and one family support worker, overseeing care plans and ensuring high practice standards. The contract is initially for three months with a competitive hourly rate of £41.42. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact in children's social care.
Responsabilidades
