A large Organisation managing a variety of Homes is looking for an Estates Manager to join their team in Belfast/Bangor. This full-time, permanent position requires a Chartered Building Surveyor or equivalent with a strong background in property management and project delivery. You will manage a diverse property portfolio, ensure compliance with various regulations, and build strong stakeholder relationships. The role includes a salary of £40,000 - £55,000 plus a car allowance and benefits.
