This leadership role involves mentoring colleagues and working with families to ensure tailored care. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 in health or social care and experience with children with additional needs. - Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with complex health needs.
- Ability to learn theoretical/practical skills.

- Maintain professional boundaries and report concerns or changes in a child's condition.
- Administer medication as trained and ensure accurate documentation.
