- Significant experience working with children and young people in a residential care environment.
- Previous experience leading shifts or supervising staff is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends, sleep‑ins, and holidays.
- A full UK manual driving license is essential.

- Lead shifts, ensuring effective communication and delegation.
- Deliver high-quality care and support to children within the home.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Residential Support Workers.
- Assist children in their routines, promoting independence.
