- Manage a cleaning team across Mitie client sites, including recruitment and staff development.
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to the required service standards.
- Ensure staff understand and work to task schedules while following health and safety procedures.
- Provide technical training as required and distribute uniforms.
- Monitor cleanliness standards, use of materials, and stock levels; order supplies as necessary.
- Address issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager where appropriate.
- Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a professional attitude.
