Hours of Work: Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 16:00, with flexibility as appropriate to seasonal work requirements (weekend overtime as required)

Location: Cambridge

Rate: £14.75, dependent on experience/qualifications

Responsible for maintaining the client's grounds, ensuring areas are always presented to a high standard.

• Prepare and manage an annual grounds maintenance schedule in line with client specifications.
• Prepare monthly grounds maintenance reports.
• Carry out grounds work throughout the year, with regular reviews and adjustments to suit seasonal conditions, requirements, and timings.
• Maintain shrub and flower beds throughout the year.
• Ensure lawns and designated grass areas are regularly mown, with edges trimmed as required.
• Maintain trees and hedgerows, including pruning as necessary.
• Perform snow clearance and salting of pathways and car parks during winter.
• Collect leaves.
• Control invasive vegetation through manual and chemical weed treatments, including moss removal.
• Apply pesticides and other horticultural chemicals as required.
