Job summary
A leading employment agency is seeking a Remote Complaints Officer to manage complaints related to SEND services. The role involves logging, investigating, and communicating outcomes while ensuring compliance with statutory guidance. Candidates should have relevant experience and strong communication skills. This position is full-time on a temporary basis with a pay rate of £37.32 per hour.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing and investigating complaints.
- Knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice would be beneficial.

- Receive, log, and manage complaints related to SEND services.
- Conduct thorough investigations with relevant parties.
- Communicate outcomes to complainants professionally.

Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Receive, log, and manage complaints related to SEND services and provision.
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations, liaising with schools, professionals, and service providers.
- Ensure all complaint handling complies with statutory guidance, including the SEND Code of Practice.
- Communicate outcomes clearly, professionally, and sensitively to complainants.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement through feedback and analysis.
