  • Preferred claims experience though extensive customer service experience is required.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing motor claims role.
  • Knowledge of motor claims, indemnity, liability, and accident management.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers when reporting accidents and establish liability.
  • Handle claims in line with agreed authority levels.
  • Ensure excellent claims customer experience through timely settlements.
