- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting the firm's wider business development initiatives
- Contract and commercial disputes
- Property litigation and landlord/tenant matters
- Debt recovery and enforcement work
- Employment disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Boundary and neighbour disputes
- Contentious probate
- A range of general civil litigation matters
- A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in general litigation
- Solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Confident managing a varied and busy workload independently
