The Role

As a hotel porter, the right candidate will be responsible for providing a high and professional level of customer service at all times.

Duties Will Include

• Escort guests to their rooms, showing them the facilities inside the room (light switches, heating control, TV, etc.).
• Assist customers with their luggage and deliver luggage for early arrivals.
• Be responsible for storing guest luggage on check-out and tagging it correctly.
• Ensure all customers have the best possible experience by attending to their needs.
• Direct guests and answer queries to ensure they feel welcome and cared for during their stay.

The Person

• Must have experience within hospitality or a customer service environment.
