My client is an independent Contract Caterer, who is looking for an absolute superstar to lead the food offering in one of their leading contracts. They are looking for a culinary mastermind to bring a fresh approach to this staff dining operation, where you can bring all of the flair from your Fine Dining background to the table.
Working predominantly day time only, with any occasional evenings being paid overtime. This is a 7 day operation, with weekends being worked on a rotational basis, with you most likely doing 1-2 per month
