Job summary

  • Relevant experience in QSR / Pizza restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Discuss daily schedule with senior chef team.
  • Complete HACCP paperwork with staff.
  • Attend weekly meetings.
  • Ensure effective cost control in kitchens.
  • Manage cooking and service to high standards.
  • Research and develop new dishes as required.
  • Ensure proper stock rotation and assist in stock taking.
  • Liaise with logistics for food delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety laws.
  • Communicate menu items and allergens to staff and customers.
