The Role
As a Network Operations Engineer, you will:
Design, implement, and maintain resilient network infrastructure, including wired, wireless, and cloud-based services
Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues proactively
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support installations and maintenance
Ensure compliance with technical and operational standards
Automate network deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes
Lead fault analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for network-related incidents
Contribute to business continuity planning and risk assessments for network services
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing enterprise-grade network infrastructure, including LAN, wireless, and security configurations
Strong knowledge of network design, firewall services, WAN, DNS/DHCP, and access control technologies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to network performance and security
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCSA) or equivalent experience
