Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of networking, able to rack/stack and upgrade networking equipment.
• Experienced in the installation of Structured Cabling Systems.
• Able to locate and rectify faults on structured cabling systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all calls are delivered within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Monitor quality and productivity against programme.
• Interface with customers professionally.
